Nature painting is particular importance to any part of the art studies. Thats why every year camps are held in the courtyard of nature.
YUVAKA MANDALA KANAKA MAJALU and MAHALASA COLLEGE OF VISUAL ART-MANGALURU with the support of gram panchayat jalsooru has organised a week-long camp called SU-YOGA from 11th November, 2018 to 18th November,2018 where about 33 students were camping in the village with the guidance of Syed Asif Ali, lecturer.
The students captured the morning mists to various aspects of agriculture. They were on field as early as 6:30 am, working till 6:00 pm. All students were divided into 4 different groups to work in different places. Every day each house was offering breakfast to students and they got an opportunity to interact with the villagers who have supported us in a big way.
On the last day of camp we have conducted spot Exhibition of art works at Kalagrama, Kanakamajalu, got well feedback from villagers. some works are gifted to villagers by all students.
